I am currently involved in three areas of research:
1. The assessment of speech discrimination skills in various clinical populations, in particular the use of eye gaze as a means of assessment;
2. Long-term outcomes for children provided with augmentative and alternative communication systems;
3. The impact of unfamiliar speaker accent on auditory comprehension in adults with aphasia.
