Research Summary
Developmental psychopathology, especially the aetiology of depression in children and adolescents. I use a range of approaches to identify proximal risk factors for psychopathology in young people. Current funded research projects involve identifying cognitive processes involved in first onset adolescent depression, longitudinal research on the transmission of depression within families and studies of gene-environment interplay and psychopathology.
