Biography
Andy Chow's research lies in developing tools for understanding and
managing transport system. A UCL alumnus (class of 2007), Andy received
his undergraduate education in Hong Kong. Before returning to UCL in
Spring 2010 as a lecturer, Andy spent three years as a postdoctoral
researcher at University of California in the United States. Andy is a
member of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), and
Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences (INFORMS).
