Research Summary
I am currently working on the Clinical Cohorts in Coronary Disease Collaboration (4C) trial within the Clinical Epidemiology Group. Briefly, this is a multi-centre observational cohort study investigating novel predictors for cardiac outcomes in patients presenting with chest pain. This study is led by Prof. Harry Hemingway and managed by Ms Natalie Fitzpatrick. I am based at the Heart Hospital (UCLH) and primary responsibilities include approaching and recruiting participants to the study and extracting data from electronic health records.

My background is in physiology. My doctoral research investigated (i) the role of exercise in the management of chronic disease, particularly obstructive sleep apnoea syndrome (OSAS), and (ii) vascular endothelial dysfunction in OSAS.
