My research interests include self-perceptions and self-esteem in people with learning disabilities, this is linked with ideas of stigma, group identification and the impact that perceived stigma has on psychological well-being. My other key research interests include autism spectrum conditions and interventions for complex and challenging behaviour in individuals with learning disabilities .
