Research Summary

I am interested in mathematical modeling and understanding mechanisms of repair in the genome. To develop models I work with dynamical systems, approximate Bayesian computation and utilise high performance computing resources including GPUs. These techniques are applied with the aim to design predictive models in biology. I have previously worked on modelling collective cell migration at UCL's Centre for Mathematics and Physics in the Life Science and Experimental Biology.
