Biography

Paul Mitchell joined UCL as Professor of Laws in 2010, and has previously taught at King's College London, Queen Mary University of London, and Oxford University.

Research Themes
Research Summary

Paul's main research interests are the law of tort, Roman law, unjust enrichment and contract law. Much of his work is historical, exploring how and why the law developed as it did.
