I work at UCL's Institute of Cardiovascular Sciences, for the Cardiometabolic Phenotyping group (in post since September 2012). My chief research interests are ethnic differences in diabetes, cardiovascular disease and obesity. I also work part-time as a General Practitioner.
Previously, I taught on the women's health, mental health and introductory clinical courses for year 3-4 MBBS, in addition to supervising the BSc in Primary Care at UCL. More recently, I have taught epidemiology on the Cardiovascular studies BSc at Imperial College.
