I am a qualitative researcher with over 10 years experience of working in higher education.  Since joining the IOE, I have worked on a number of research projects on children, young people and parents in familial and school contexts. I have an interest in the intersections of 'race', gender and migration for young people which explored through my PhD on everyday multiculturalism for South Asian girls.

At the Thomas Coram Research Unit, I am involved in a number of research projects including examining the care-asylum nexus for separated child migrants, and education and young children in foster care.
