Biography
Andrea Achilleos holds a first-class honours undergraduate degree in Physics from the University of Manchester. She joined UCL in 2021 as a postgraduate student on the MSc Machine Learning course. The following academic year, she joined the Multi-Sensory Devices (MSD) research group as an MPhil/PhD in Computer Science student.
Research Summary
Andrea’s research interests lie in the computational design of broadband, actively tuned acoustic metamaterial unit cells. She is supervised by Prof Sriram Subramanian and Dr Ryuji Hirayama.
