Research Summary
I am a Clinical Academic Neurologist with specialist interest in Movement Disorders and Epilepsy.
My research focuses on complex multi-modal modelling of outcomes across a number of neurological conditions. Recent projects include:
- Remote digital monitoring of Parkinson's using smartphone apps co-developed with individuals with Parkinson's and Birkbeck College
- Lesion-deficit mapping of cognition using 18F-FDG PET in focal epilepsy
- Probabilistic individualised prediction of Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy
- Cognitive effects of transient amygdala disruption via intracranial electrode
I am currently funded by the Wellcome-funded Programme for High-Dimensional Translation in Neurology
