Biography
Dr Alcott's work uses economic principles and methods to examine the equity effects of education policies, with a particular focus on countries in South Asia (India and Pakistan) and East Africa (Uganda, Tanzania, and Kenya). He received his PhD in higher education policy from the University of Michigan.
