I am currently employed as a research fellow in computer science department-UCL (network science and machine learning). I have done my PhD in Computational Mechanics at Cardiff University [MATLAB, C++, CUDA etc] and I have worked as a postdoctoral Research Associate for Neuroimaging in Institute of Neurology, Welcome Trust Centre, UCL, where I’ve worked on a human brain’s project with the aim of developing more accurate scientific software for shape models of brains [partial differential equations with Fourier analysis (nonlinear boundary value problems for diffeomorphic registration with statistical analysis methods)] [MATLAB, C++, OpenMP, CUDA etc]I’ve also worked at the department of Medical Physics & Biomedical Engineering, University College London, where I’ve worked on multiple sclerosis white matter lesion segmentation, lumbar plexus and multi class lumbar spine segmentation using convolutional deep neural networks and fuzzy neural networks [MATLAB, Python, TensorFlow etc].
