Biography
I get bachelor degree from wuhan university, china. Then I joined university of strathclyde, UK, for master and PhD study. During Phd, I worked closely with Beatson oncology centre at Glasgow for the project of advanced radiation treatment planning. I also paticipated EU Horizon 2020 MOSAR project.

I am currently working on automatic segmentation of 3D vertebraes from CT and MRI data to assist in pre-surgical plan of scoliosis treatment. My research interests include image processing, deep learning, machine learning algorithms, and applicaitons medical image segmentation
