Biography
Research Summary
My research focuses on potential underlying mechanisms of childhood conduct problems and callous-unemotional traits, specifically deficient reward and punishment processing. I am also interested in how these deficits impact parent socialisation processes and parenting interventions, which rely heavily on discipline and reward techniques to modify children’s behaviour. My research is funded by a +3 UK Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) studentship.
