Research Summary
My research is on quantum information science, in particular, quantum cryptography. My main areas of focus in this field, at the moment, are novel cryptographic protocols which allow quantum advantage, well-justified device independent relaxations that allow for near-term implementation and improving tools/resources with the hope these form building blocks for new practical protocols.
My most significant research contributions are:
- Practical Device-independent Randomness Amplification & Privatization. First complete protocol for device-independent randomness amplification & privatization with output rates linear in the speed quantum device, whilst considering unbounded quantum adversaries.
