Biography
I am currently a tutor on the Secondary Music PGCE
In this role I visit trainees in their school, deliver tutorials and oversee the completion of course paperwork.
I am also a secondary school Music teacher
Previously I have:
Taught on the secondary School Direct and GTP courses at the IOE (Music and Professional studies)
Tutored secondary Music GTP and Schools Direct Trainees at the IOE
Other roles:
Music PGCE Programme leader at Middlesex University
Music adviser for the ARK schools network (secondary schools)
Teacher of Music in three secondary schools
Head of Music in two secondary schools
Freelance Music consultant working in various Secondary schools in North London to develop teaching, learning and assessment as well as working with SLT to recruit teacher of / head of Music
I have particular interest in making Music as accessible as possible to children and adults
