Biography
Duncan, is a visiting professor in the department of clinical, educational and health psychology. He is a consultant clinical psychologist with over 30 years experience working across children, young people's and adult mental health settings. 


He teaches at the Anna Freud Centre where he was the clinical lead for the children and young peoples IAPT programme.  He is the director of MindMonkey Associates and is currently working on research and service transformation projects in the UK, Canada and Scandinavia. He is a practising clinician working mostly in elite sport and other high-performance settings with Changing Minds UK. 


He is the developer of the goal based outcome (GBO) tool and has written extensively on collaborative clinical practice.
