Biography

I hold a BSc degree in Statistics and Actuarial-Financial Mathematics fromthe University of the Aegean and an MSc in Medical Statistics from the AthensUniversity of Economics and Business (AUEB). 

 

I worked as a research assistant at University of Crete, UCL and ImperialCollege London. Since November 2021 I have been working within the Centrefor Applied Statistics Courses (CASC) providing short courses in researchmethods and statistics for people who want to develop or enhance their knowledgein interpreting and undertaking their own research. I am really interested inthe fields of Pediatric Epidemiology, Clinical and Population Health, HIV,Mental Health and Development. I was awarded my PhD from UCL in September2021 on the topic of frailty, falls, bone mineral density and fractures amongHIV-positive and HIV-negative controls in England and Ireland.
