I completed an MRes in Translational Neurology focussed on bioinformatic analysis of next-generation sequencing (NGS) genetic data. After this I continued to work as a Research Assistant in genetics and bioinformatics. I began my PhD affiliated with the i4health CDT in Medical Imaging in 2019 after undertaking a Diploma of higher education in Mathematics. My current research is focussed on the application of deep learning and computational methods to medical imaging data. I am interested in method and software development in medical imaging and deep learning.
