Enrico Forti is a Senior Teaching Fellow and Research Associate in the Strategy & Entrepreneurship group at UCL School of Management and a Chazen Visiting Associate Research Scholar at Columbia Business School. Enrico received a PhD in Management from the University of Bologna. Previously, he was a management consulting analyst at Accenture.

Enrico does research at the intersection of strategy and organization theory in the context of contemporary industries that are migrating toward more fluid and project-based production. His research has been published in leading journals, such as Organization Science, Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal, Journal of Product Innovation Management, and Research Policy. He teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in the areas of strategy and has been the recipient of the UCL School of Management Excellence in Teaching Award (best professor, as voted by students).
