Research Summary
The focus of my research is on Dante's Divine Comedy. I am exploring medical and anatomical depictions within the poem to support hypotheses about Dante's own medical knowledge, and about the overarching scheme or plan for the poem.
Teaching Summary
At UCL as PGTA I have recently been teaching ITAL0021 (Italian Translation), FREN0006 (Reading French Texts), and FREN0071 (French for Beginners), as well as ITAL0003 (Background to Dante and Inferno).
In the past I have taught English at the Université Paris Nanterre as a lecteur d'anglais.
