Biography
Francesca holds a BSc in Economics from Bocconi University, a MSc in International Economics from the University of Sussex and a PhD in Economics from the University of Kent.
Before coming to UCL IoE she was a Senior Economist at the National Institute of Economic and Social Research (NIESR) in London.

Francesca is a labour economist and her main research interests are education, labour, gender and family economics. In particular she is interested in understanding which policy interventions can reduce inequalities in school attainment and labour market outcomes.
