Biography
For the past 25 years I have been directly involved in primary education as a teacher, Special Education Needs Coordinator and, most recently, as a lecturer in Primary education.
My interest and experience lies in all areas of primary education, particularly primary English in which I have a specific research interest in the learning and teaching of writing.
I currently teach on the Professional Studies module and lead the English language and literacy specialism on the Primary PGCE Programme. I also supervise students on school experience.
