Research Summary
My research focuses broadly on three main areas: (1) intercultural communication (2) critical pedagogies and language ideology; and (3) language and identity. 


In particular, I am interested in:

-Intercultural ethics and intercultural education

-Philosophy and intercultural difference

-Language ideology 

-Language, culture and identity

-Discourse of neoliberal feminism


Teaching Summary

I teach across a variety of graduate programmes within the Department of Culture, Communication and Media, including MA Intercultural Communication,  Applied Linguistics/TESOL.
