My work aims to bridge classical psychoanalytic conceptualisations of psychotic processes with contemporary clinical research using a mentalization-based framework. As part of my PhD thesis I developed a series of empirical studies that explored cross-sectional and longitudinal associations between disruptions in key mentalizing processes and the expression of schizotypal personality traits during adolescence and young adulthood. I have also been involved in applied research on the treatment of psychosis and personality disorders.
