Lecturing and teaching: I have regularly lectured at UCL for the Clinical and Public Health Nutrition MSc and Cancer MSc. I have also lectured at Imperial College for the Nutrition and Weight Management MSc module, London Metropolitan University on the Nutrition MSc and the University of Surrey on the Nutrition/ Dietietics MSc and BSc. I also regularly lecture for 2 professional Dietetic courses; Paediatrics Dietetics course, module towards MSc at the University of Plymouth and the DOM UK childhood obesity course, module towards MSc at Leeds Metropolitan University
Training courses: development and delivery of several training courses for health professionals on obesity management (for example, behavioural management of obesity, family-based management of childhood obesity and developing services for managing obesity in primary care)
