Biography

I began my audiology career in 2004 as a regionally funded trainee Clinical Scientist at the Royal Berkshire Hospital in Reading. I completed an MSc in Audiology at the University of Southampton in 2006, the Certificate of Audiological Competence in 2008, and became a state registered Clinical Scientist in 2009. I was awarded an NIHR/CSO Healthcare Science Doctoral Research Fellowship in 2013 to undertake a PhD at the UCL Great Ormond Street Institute of Child Health which I completed in 2017. I am now a lecturer in audiology at the UCL Ear Institute and continue to work part time as an audiologist at the Royal Berkshire Hospital.
