Biography
I am Professor of Computational Imaging in the Department of Computer Science and Centre for Medical Image Computing, and Director of the UCL EPSRC Centre for Doctoral Training in Intelligent, Integrated Imaging in Healthcare (i4health). My core expertise is in medical imaging, medical image analysis, computational modelling, and machine learning. My undergraduate degree was a BSc in Physics from Fudan University, China. I studied for PhD in Computer Science at the University of Pennsylvania, completing in 2007. After a post-doc at the University of Pennsylvania, I moved to UCL in 2009, first as a post-doc, then as a Lecturer in 2011, and became a full Professor in 2020.
