Biography
With an academic background in civil engineering and economics, Jenny completed a PhD in Engineering at University College London, focusing on urban infrastructure planning and policy. Jenny has broad experience in research and consultancy, in projects based in New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the Gulf region.
Before joining STEaPP she worked as a researcher at LSE Cities for the Resource Urbanisms project. Prior to returning to university for her PhD, Jenny also worked as a consultant for local and national transport authorities and water utilities, advising on asset management and investment strategy.
Research Summary
Jenny's research is focused on governance, planning and policy for urban infrastructure systems.
