Biography
My first degree is in Psychology. I am interested in how psychological concepts and ideas can be used in the real world to examine learning, work and creativity. I am particularly interested in socio-cultural and activity theory perspectives on learning and work.

Research Summary
I am a Lecturer (Teaching) at UCL. My research interests include:
- Learning at work and in informal contexts: learning in internships, transitions of young people to work, Ai-enabled learning of professionals and the impact of algorithm-based technologies on work
- Creativity and innovation in organisations and institutions and individuals across the lifespan
- Practice-based perspectives on research methodology; research methods in applied fields such as Psychotherapy
