My work as Teach First Music Subject lead involves designing the two year music curriculum, teaching the subject content of the Summer Institute, teaching on training days during the course of the academic year and monitoring the progress of a group of music trainees as well as preparing them for and marking their master's assignments. Another tutor works part-time (0.3 FTE) on the Teach First Music Programme with me.
