Biography

I am a theoretical physicist and applied mathematician working to understand the complexities of living systems.

I obtained a first class physics degree (Mphys) at Swansea University (2011-2016), where I also won the PM Davidson Prize. I then completed my PhD in theoretical biophysics in the Department of Physics at UCL (2016-2020). During my PhD I also conducted research at the University of Toronto (2019).

My first postdoctoral position was at the University of Luxembourg (2020-2022). Currently I am a postdoctoral research fellow in the Department of Mathematics at UCL (2022-).

Research Summary
I am interested in understanding complex living systems through the lens of statistical physics and mechanics using analytical and numerical -- mainly computer simulation -- techniques.
