Aims (1) to develop screening programs in endometrial cancer for high risk women; (2) to collect families with ovarian cancer for identification of novel ovarian cancer predisposition genes; (3) to develop strategies for risk assessment in women's cancer in order to target screening. Clinical interests - inherited predispositions to breast, bowel and gynae cancers; the neurofibromatoses and von Hippel Lindau; endocrine cancer predispositions.
