Megan has worked across several projects including reducing discrimination towards disabled children, enabling health care and palliative care access for people experiencing homelessness, psycho-therapies and complementary therapies for people with palliative care needs, and self-management and behaviour change techniques for people with Parkinson's. Megan is the principal investigator of 'Optimising self-management of long-term multi-morbidity in people who are experiencing socioeconomic deprivation' project and the Trial Manager of 'PD-Care', as well as an editor at BMC Health Services Research journal.
Megan regularly tutors and supervises MSc students and is currently supervising two PhD students based at the Institute of Neurology. Megan is the co-lead of the Health Psychology module on the BSc Population Health and teaches on several MSc courses (e.g., Social Epidemiology and Population Health).
