BA in Early Childhood Education - Ankara University (2015)
MA in Early Childhood Education at the University of Sheffield (2019)
Currently a PhD candidate in the Learning and Leadership Department
My postgraduate education (MA and PhD) has been funded by the study abroad programme of the Republic of Türkiye, Ministry of National Education.
Research Summary
My research aims to explore ways to integrate computational thinking into early years settings in Türkiye and England.
Adopting collaborative action research, my research invites early years teachers to explore their own ideas about computational thinking, early years activities possible with young children, and their role as facilitators in developing children’s computational thinking skills.
