Biography
Dr Elbadawi is a postdoctoral fellow at UCL School of Pharmacy. He obtained his PhD in mechanical engineering at the University of Sheffield, having previously completed an MSc in biomedical engineering and a BSc in pharmacology. His research interests include additive manufacturing, artificial intelligence, drug delivery and tissue engineering.
Research Summary
I am part of the University of Cambridge Interdisciplinary Research Centre (IRC) looking to develop medical devices for hard-to-treat cancers. I specialise in the use of additive manufacturing technologies to produce personalised devices, with a focus on multi-modal delivery mechanisms.
