I work on diffusion-weighted MR imaging. On one hand I build biophysical models for generating synthetic data to test noew methods, and on the other I develop new imaging methods based on more exotic theories of diffusion that are usually assumed in diffusion imaging.
Teaching Summary
I teach advanced Java programming and design to MScCS and MScFC students, as well as supervising masters projects and informally supporting PhD student in tje research group.
