Biography
Madeleine Janickyj is a Research Assistant in Natural Language Processing (NLP) for the Violence, Health and Society (VISION) Consortium.
She has just finished her PhD at the Centre for Fluid and Complex Systems at Coventry University where her project investigated textual analysis using NLP. Her background before this was in mathematics and she has a First-Class BSc from Coventry University, where she completed a placement year as part of her degree.

Research Summary
Madeleine Janickyj's research began in the intersection of network and textual analysis, and has since developed into using NLP to further investigate this research problem. Her work now focuses on using NLP to evaluate technology-facilitated abuse (tech abuse).
