Biography
Research Fellow based at the Center of Medical image Computing (CMIC) and UCL Huntington’s Disease (HD) center. I am also an IHE Impact Fellow 2021-22.
I did my PhD (Machine Learning + Behavioural Genetics) from Birkbeck, University of London jointly between departments of Computer Science & Psychological Sciences. I also hold MEng (Computer Science) and BEng (Electrical Engineering) degrees.
Research Summary
My current research involves developing ensemble-based Machine Learning methods that can improve clinical predictive utility and cohort selection for clinical trials in HD. Additionally, I use my background in behavioural genetics & evolutionary computation to understand ontogeny of neurodegeneration and cognitive divergence in HD.
