Biography
I received my Master's Degree at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poland, where I was working on spin models and simple field theories with Piotr Tomczak and Krzysztof Cichy. I did my PhD at Lancaster University, UK, focusing on fermions with finite-range interactions and fermionic complexes in 2D semiconductors. My supervisor was Neil Drummond. Then I was on a short postdoc at the National Graphene Institute in Manchester, working with Volodya Fal'ko on binding and strain in graphene/hexagonal-boron-nitride heterostructures. After that, I became a senior research associate in Lancaster, working with Henning Schomerus and Alessandro Romito on topics related to thermalisation in quantum mechanics, especially focusing on many-body localisation, random matrix theory, and quantum circuit models with weak measurements. Currently I am a research fellow at UCL, working with Arijeet Pal on topics related to many-body localisation.

Research Summary
My current interests include the topic of thermalisation in quantum mechanics, with a focus on the phenomenon of many-body localisation, and entanglement transitions in quantum circuit models with measurements.
