Biography
I am a qualified pharmacist and have worked most of my clinical time in critical care. I also have an MSc degree in medical statistics from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, and an MSc in Advanced Paediatrics from King's College London.
Research Summary
I am an NIHR Clinical Doctoral Research Fellow and a PhD candidate. My PhD research project is around the causal relationship between sex and mortality in paediatric intensive care (PICU). This project uses linked observational data and involves the use of causal frameworks together with machine learning as part of the analysis.
Teaching Summary
I am currently a teaching assistant on the child mental health MSc course at UCL, assisting with the research methods module and supervising MSc projects.
