Research Summary

Preethy D’Souza, is involved in undertaking qualitative,quantitative and mixed methods systematic reviews at EPPI-Centre since Jan2016. She has around 10 years of experience of conducting systematic reviews insocial care, mental health, education, nursing and public health. Sheparticipated in conducting wide range of systematic reviews funded by National Institute for Health Research (NIHR), NationalInstitute for Health and Care Excellence(NICE), Education Endowment fund (EEF),World Bank, College of Policing and Porticus. Preethy is a module tutor and participate in teaching   for several undergraduateand postgraduate modules at Departmentof Social Science, UCL Institute of Education. She also provides support tointernational research teams for carrying out systematic reviews in varioustopics including education, international development and health. She has 20 years of experience in training healthprofessionals and conducting primary research and has first-hand workexperience in India, Sultanate of Omanand UK. Presented papers and posters atseveral international conferences, conducted several workshops and trainingprograms.
