Academic Teaching

• I am a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
• I am the comodule lead on the Masters’ in Statistics in ClinicalTrials at the Comprehensive Clinical Trials Unit.
• I set up the Research Design Service Quick Bite Seminarseries at UCL.
• I teach on the Masters in Mental Health Masters’ programme(Division of Psychiatry). I designed and delivered materials on the analysis oflongitudinal data for the Doctoral School. I teach Advanced Statistical Modelling(Institute of Epidemiology and Health Care), Principal Components Analysis,Analysis of Big Data, Coding in STATA and R and hierarchical modelling.
• I was a Lecturer in Statistics at University College London anddeveloped a short course including a  series of online recorded lectures on analysisof big data using both R and Stata (Radiance project).

Clinical Teaching

• I teach clinically to the medical students and to candidatesfor the Membership of the Royal College of Psychiatrists. 
• I have taught on theepidemiology of first episode psychosis, the predictors of outcome for patientsin their first psychotic episode, statistical sciences for Medicine andcritical appraisal for Psychiatrists.

Personal Tutoring

• I am a personal tutor to the UCL Medical School at both preclinical and clinical stages of training.

Mentoring

• I am a mentor to high school students who come fromdisadvantaged backgrounds and host clinical and academic placements toencourage interest in STEM subjects. Students have the opportunity to see clinicalactivities in a psychiatric setting and how the evidence base for this practiceis developed by attending project development, monitoring and analysis meetingswithin UCL and Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust.

Authorship

• I am the author of a book on advanced STATA programming.. I superviseat both Masters’ and PhD levels.  
• I havedeveloped a series of coding videos which are routinely accessed and visibleusing You Tube.
