Biography

Roch Dunin-Wąsowicz is based at the Department of Social Science, UCL Institute of Education. He is a sociologist, a graduate of the New School for Social Research in New York City (MA) and of the LSE (PhD). Currently, he is also managing editor of LSE Brexit and is a co-investigator at the Generation Brexit project at the LSE European Institute. 

Research Groups
Research Summary

Roch is interested in the interdisciplinary study on issues of nationalism vis-à-vis European integration and disintegration. He works on the social organisation and civic identity of Polish migrants in the UK, and the political and social externalities of intra-European migrations (Britain, Poland, Ukraine). He also studies young people's responses to Brexit and visions for the future of Europe.
