As a neuroscientist I have developed my experience and expertise in using brain imaging techniques, namely EEG and MRI, to investigate the structure and function of the brain in newborn infants and children.
In my current project I will be using my knowledge of advanced neuroimaging methods to investigate whether exposure to multiple languages at an early age influences the structure and function of the brain in children aged between 8 and 10 years of age.
