Biography

I have received a BSc (Hons) degree from the Metropolitan University in London in 2016. I moved to the University College London (School of Pharmacy) to do PhD in material chemistry working with Prof. Gareth Williams, which I have completed in April 2020. The project was titled ‘Precise chemical control of gypsum particles growth’ and included use of various techniques such as XRD, FTIR, TGA and SEM. I have also collaborated in my project with Prof Dermot O’Hare’s group at the Oxford University and with ETEX's R&D centre in Avignon.

I have worked as Associate Lecturer at London Metropolitan University and as Research Associate at UCL working on the project from iP-OSTEO in restorative medicine and from USPQI in effect of quality of polysorbates on biotherapeutics. I'm also overseeing MSc and MPharm lab projects.

I’m currently working as an Associate Lecturer (teaching) in Pharmaceutical Science at UCL School of Pharmacy since September 2022. My main responsibilities are supporting various undergraduate (MPharm) and postgraduate (MSc) courses, including project coordination, module organization, marking courseworks/essays, organising tutorials. I’m involved in teaching by providing lectures in MSc courses and running tutorials. I’m a deputy module lead for Making Safe and Effective Medicines (undergraduate MPharm module) where I’m responsible for practicals (organizing demonstrators and academics for the classes and reviewing practical’s structure) and providing pre-lab workshop for students. I work closely with program directors and coordinate MSc courses.
