Research Summary
My research interests lie primarily in the Mechanics of heterogeneous solid materials. I work on the development of simulation tools in a multiscale framework to investigate the effect of structural parameters on material behaviour in concrete, ceramics and fibre reinforced composites. My research agenda is mainly divided into main parts: (1) construction of complex geometry model and (2) simulation of physical properties.
