I am an NIHR Clinical Lecturer in Radiology (since 2019), based between the Centre for Medical Imaging at University College London and the Imaging department at University College London Hospital. I completed my PhD, focusing on quantitative magnetic resonance imaging, at UCL in 2018. Previously, I completed medical training at St Catharine’s College (Cambridge University), where I also received a triple-first class undergraduate degree in Natural Sciences. I am an ISMRM Junior Fellow (2019) and an RCR Kodak Scholar (2018).

My core expertise is in the technical development and clinical translation of new methods for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), particularly quantitative MRI (qMRI). I am particularly interested in the use of qMRI to characterise inflammation, a fundamental biological process which has - thus far - been understudied with imaging. By working at the interface of radiology, medical physics, engineering and rheumatology, I aim to improve our capability to understand, diagnose and treat inflammatory diseases across organ systems.
