Biography
Currently, I am Associate Professor at the UCL Centre for Educational Leadership and Editor-in-Chief for the journal Improving Schools (SAGE).
Research Summary
Research experience includes designing, leading and conducting research and development projects focused on improving outcomes for children and young people, involving senior leaders, education practitioners, policy makers, and diverse young people and parent communities.

Research and development activity centres on practitioner and policy innovations; such as school-to-school collaborations, multi agency partnerships, parent and community engagement and multi-agency leadership for improvement.
Teaching Summary
Programme Leader for MA Educational Leadership (Pre-Service), a cohort of emerging leaders with a passion for education.


Supervision of Doctoral students from the UK and overseas, candidates aiming towards scholarship that aims to further understand and improve education and leadership.
